Toyota car cant be accessable

Hi All
After updating the device software and trying to scan a Toyota corolla 2014 via scan menu - Toyota make, the tool asked me to select which region i selected all available option USA, Japan, EU and others the tool took me out again to main screen and refuses to access the car .
